Refund Policy

 

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after purchasing your item to request a return for an exchange or store credit.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it - new items must be in original packaging + have tags.

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase (if you are part of our customer data base, we will have your previous purchases on file).

Refunds

We do not offer refunds on any items. We are happy to exchange your items for something better suited to your needs, or give you store credit for the balance. 

All returns and exchanges must take place within 14 days of original purchase. If the item(s) is purchased as a gift, please inform us at the time of purchase and we will issue a gift receipt for the recipient. 

 

 Damages and issues - Online orders + Shipping

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

We do not accept returns on any pacifiers or other prepackaged items ex - teethers, nursing pads etc - this is for hygienic purposes.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

 Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items under the following circumstances:

  • Item did not fit as intended
  • Item was received as a gift and was the incorrect size/style
